Thank you all! This was totally unexpected. I appreciate the very kind words said by you all. Thank you as well to General Kunz & General Mallory for recommending me with such a nice writeup! My bigger projects & site work would've never taken off without both of your support many years ago & since!
I always joke around with folks that my battlefield performance is still/so awful, that the website & admin work has probably kept me in the Club!
I also appreciate those who have done the work before me, especially Nick, who not only made amazing designs but has kept copies of them of which I refer to very often, even to this day! General Jeff Gray & General Jon Cuneo who's pioneering work in the early years are the deepest roots on the site today. Also to my Union friends here who have done site work over the years, each through your work have influenced mine & I've spent countless hours looking at your pages. My Union counterpart, General Meyer, who's invaluable help on a number of issues warrants deep gratitude & thanks! Christian your advice & input both here and at the NWC are very much appreciated! Blake Strickler & Bob Weir for their great graphics work for the CSA. To guys like Ernie & Pierre who cut me loose to do the work on the larger club wide pages, in all three clubs. Jaume Campderrós & Alphonse de Meré who passed along I (Longstreet's) Corps site totally intact, one of the Club's longest running pages. Somewhere in 2004 my commanders at the time, General Tony Hill & Den McBride made me III Corps Adjutant in the ANV after I stuck my nose out to help and it has been a lot of fun since!
Finally, to my longtime friend Lieutenant General Steve Kitchen, who I hope gets the chance to see this! This is for you too my friend! Steve & I did websites together for close to 10 years back in the early 2000's and I learned a lot from him. We both supported each other in our designs and work, and had the time to do so! He handed off some of the most complete records when he transferred the ANV site and the archives he maintained has truly been a rich resource of information. Steve's the original "Wizard of the Keyboard", so I share this honor with him!
Thanks again everyone, I am very touched by this and hope I have many more years of site work ahead of me. It is work truly enjoyed!

Drink on me all next month!!
