Officers of the Club,

This is to notify you of the appointment of Major General Josef Seidl as the Army Commander of the Army of Northern Virginia, CSA. This appointment is effective immediately. General Nick Kunz will continue as ANV Chief of Staff.

Now that the formalities are over, the bar is open. Drinks are on my tab, in honor of the new AC of the ANV!
