Congratulations Sirs on your promotions as notified by the GiC this day, well done on the richly deserved acknowledgement of your fine service.

I also extend my congratulations and best wishes to BG Griffith, Officer Commanding, ANV, my counterpart in the East, a fine achievement Sir.

I wish to express, in particular, my special congratulations to BG Kesson and Col. Vuillet of the Army of Tennessee on their promotions to Maj. General and Brig. General respectively. I thank you gentlemen for your continued service to the Army in the furtherance of our cause. <Salute> Gentlemen.
