A few days ago Gene Nix began a thread over in the Smoking Room, but I know some of you don't make it over there too often. Please say a prayer or have a good thought for Ax, his wife Melli and daughter Laura, who were to have been vacationing on the beaches of Thailand this past week.

Ax is a great fellow, always sharing lots of info about himself and his family's life in Germany, when he corresponds. If anyone hears from him, please let us know.

Ax and family were re-routed in Bankok (at least I think that's what BKK stands for) and are safe. Stop by the AoC's tavern and say hi to him.
