I can handle this one. Only problem is I have the 1.03 version running right now and am in two contests, so I can't really change right now. Let me know if this will work for you. If not I'll try back later.

Just to give you a heads up. There is a serious reinforcement issue with the Yanks in that scenario, that should be modded out before you play. Has to do with units coming in a 0-249 instead of 93 249. Neal may remember the issue.
