Sir:

This variant that you suggest has the entire Union Army "fixed" except for Hooker's and Mansfield's men -- while the entire CSA Army is free to move. That's not very fair.

If you would care to play a more balanced affair, then perhaps that could arranged.

Ken,
Thanks for responding, but you might be looking at BG scenarios. Look again at HPS Antietam #003,1st Bull Run it's a meeting engagement, no fixed for either side
