 Post subject: password fails

Sirs,
Somehow my password is being rejected.
I am sure to use the right password for I can change my profile.
But anytime I try to send a mail to a fellow officer the system responds with the message "you should be logged in with you password".
And sirs, honostly: I just did!!!!!!!

Does anyone know how I can solve this problem??

Do you not have an email client like Outlook of Hotmail ?

Yes: I use Outlook as an email client for POP3. (martin.bosman@chello.nl)
