Napoleonic Wargame Club (NWC)

Hi all,

I received Eckmuhl last weekend. I have been experimenting to get a feel for the game.

I would like to try a PBEM game. As a newbie with Eckmuhl and not a lot of experience with the system since the BG series, I am open to pretty much any scenario that is reasonably balanced.

I would also like to know what are the standard houserules. It sounds like houserules are often used with skirmishers. I am curious whether most people use the column pass through fire as well. It is a killer for the AI but I am not so sure about the impact in a human vs human game.

I might. I am trying out one PBEM now to see how much time I am going to commit to the game. The more I look at the game, the more depth I see in it. Looks like it should be fun. After my game, I may join a club.

If you want to try out another game let me know?? I would be more than willing to help....

If not that's great too...I will look forward to see you in our club I hope.
