Gentlemen

On a crisp morning in Kent Owen "Saber" Jones of the Gwent Lt. Dragoons was dragged from his billet just south of Breach and the still warm arms of an appreciative milkmaid .
The Church bells had indicated the arrival of "The Ogre's" Frog Army.
A Revenue Cutter docking in Folkstone had spread the news that the fog had allowed "Nappy's Army" to slip past the British Fleet.
What did the next few days hold for Owen and all true Brits.
The jangle of harness echoed through the village as 1000 sabres of the 1st Light Cavalry headed south.
Would the towers and the Canal serve to slow the Frog advance, only time will tell.[?]

Andy Barnes is truly a fringe benefit of being in The 1st International Napoleonic Wargaming Club. He's a jewel.

I was wondering if there was a way to convert the terrian tiles hexes of this Eckmuhl mod to use with the other Napoleonic games ??

The dew still lay thickly on the grass as Owen kicked his horse into a canter.
The sun was now fully up but a farmhouse, still in the shadow of the valley was just beginning to awake from its slumber, a thin ribbon of smoke rising from a single chimney.
Suddenly, from a nearby oak a flock of rooks wheeled into the air as the light southerly wind brought a sound like the sea booming against rocks.
The trooper may be only a militiaman but he recognised the sound of 24 pounders.
Hythe was to their front and there also where the Martello Towers responding to the first wave of French Invaders.

Be advised that Andy does not frequent this location very much --if at all.

He prefers the other club as he says it is much friendlier there and he can say anything he feels like saying without a hassle. ---And believe me, that's quite a lot. [:D]

I will however pass on the grateful comments. [:)]

Cheers,
Rick

Just copy the files 3DGround50.bmp and 3DGround100.bmp from the Map subdirectory of "Eagle has Landed" to the same subdir in Eckmuhl or any game in the series.
