Gentlemen,
It is with great pleasure that our dear Kaiser has ordered me to announce the following promotions:

A. Pernfors to Unterleutnant
A. Burr to Oberstleutnant

Both officers are well deserving of these promotions, and both are great credit to the forces of the Austrian Empire.

On a more personal note, I would like to point out that the reason that the Austrian Army has been running smoothly has far more to do with Aaron than myself. Anyone who wishes to speak of Austrian bureaucratic ineffeciency will be shown Oberst-Lt Burr as an example of how false that is.
