If you're using Google Chrome as your Internet browser, you may not be seeing all of the most recent changes made to websites that utilize frames. To overcome this inability you can click upon the three-bar icon in the upper right corner of your browser header and select "New incognito window." This will allow you to view all updates in such websites, but will simultaneously take away the multiple URL tab display that Chrome uses to remind you that you have more than one URL address opened in your history track. Another alternative would be to simply junk Chrome in favor of the new IE or Firefox browser!
Sometimes new products simply disregard old coding in their breathless rush to be the next big thing!
