American Civil War Game Club (ACWGC)

General Michael Dowling, Commander of the Union Military Group, and General Ernie Sands, Commander of the Union Western Theater, have authorized me to post the following announcement and award ceremony.

OFFICERS OF THE ACWGC,
ATTENTION TO PARADE!

Colonel Jim Boling has been seated onto the ACWGC Cabinet as a new Union Army Secretary, replacing Lieutenant General Christian Hecht. Congratulations are offered to Jim along with our best wishes for a profitable and satisfactory tenure for these next, two years’ service. It is hoped that he will represent the Union Military Group in the best manner possible, as well as the continued good care of the ACWGC.

Lieutenant General Hecht now receives the heartfelt thanks of the Union Military Group for his past, two year's service as an Union Army Secretary and the following commendations as he leaves office.



The Union Army Outstanding Service Medal (his 1st), the Exemplary Service Medal (his 1st) and the Honorable Service Medal (his 6th).



Christian is also eligible to wear the Union Army Secretary Ribbon w/2 attachments.
