Gentlemen,

Thank you for all your contributions over the last week - the Cabinet has debated them all. The language has been tightened in line with some of the suggestions made to us. We have also made one substantive change - everyone in the relevant military group will now be able to vote in General-in-Chief elections, if these rules were to be adopted by the Club.

We will begin voting tomorrow for two weeks, as scheduled.

Thank you again for taking the time to discuss this proposal.
