It is always interesting to get the figures too. As an AC I very much encourage and appreciate the prompt responses of all the members of the Army. Whilst I accept you have the XL sheets supporting your comment about the CSA being 'outmustered' I cannot allow such a comment to go without response. It would be an injustice to the diligence & efforts of the members of my command not to do so. My command unfailingly answers the Call to Muster on a monthly basis at a level which constantly leaves me awestruck, their diligence, their promptness and willingness to do so is, in my estimation, of the highest order !
Should the GiC and his Union counterpart wish to put this to the test I shall be only to willing to rally my command and show the Yankees what good mustering looks like
