Jeff!

You Yanks are always complaining about Our "High" Parfoom and lack of washing skills. Little do Ye realise that it is a deliberate Tactical ploy in vogue with Our more Progressive Army Commanders!!!! [;)]

It is in Fact - an attempt to acclimatise Our hosses to a Stench, comparable to the uttererly devasting Stink of Sh*te, that wafts from the Union's lines - each and every time your Shopkeepers and Spitoon Shiners spot a Confederate Soldier!!!! [xx(] [xx(] [xx(]

Unfortunately - we have been unable to re-create such an abysmal miasma - and so . . . . ocassionally, Our Hosses still bolt!!!! [B)]

Did my previous post resolve this issue?

Rich,

thanks, I am sure you are right and the arrival of reinforcements is the reason.

Regards

<br />I believe the reason for the routs are due to the arrival of reinforcements. When scn 005 is used, leaders arrive at hex 39,12 at 1:40pm (turn 3). So if your cav is with 5 hexes of 39,12 at 1:40pm they will rout.

Rich,
I retested and this is exactly the problem. I made sure to keep the units more than 5 hexs away from (39,12) and they did not rout.

Hey Capt. Walker Suh,

I've run into a little problem. I've got a game going against Ben Butler, we're playing Cavalry clash near Jackson, March 19,1862 scn.085JLK. The problem is at hex 29,26 its a bridge/VP hex. Don't know how it happened but I've got a cavalry unit on the bridge dismounted and they can't shoot even with a horde of Yankees in the hexes next to them nor can they mount up, and Ben either doesn't know that they're there because the flag on the VP is hiding them[:D], and since their there he can't cross it [:)]
General Borling you need to call home [:p] Your General Bangma is looking for you. He thinks your vacationing in Andersonville [:D]

Respectfully,
