I am pleased to announce that Lieutenant General Scott Ludwig has been appointed as the Commander of the Western Theater of the Confederacy. I am also pleased to announce that the War Department has given the new Commander a rather large bar tab allowance

Ludwig? I knew a horse thief once in Pensacola the name of Ludwig! He stole the horse I just stole. Couldnt be the same fella could it?
