If any one has ever played the Empire rules the winner was always the one who didn't reach his or her total army strength lose French 30% allied 40%, if a combat unit lost down to 40 or 30% it was considered not combat ready and had to fall back to a firing line and could not attack. The only one's that didn't have to worry about this were Guard legers and lights Sk and Sq art and wagons. If you can play this look me up always ready for a fight HP game all but Eck.
