Ok how about a Jena Campagn? I'm happy with MOEIV Rules and Optional Rules as below.

Vic Pts for Ldrs
Melee Terrain Modifiers
Isolation Rules
Column Pass thru Fire
Tgt Density Modifiers
No Retreat Overruns
Weak Zone of Control
Multi Cav Melees
No Opportunity Fire against Skm
No Melee Eliminations

Also -

No attacks with forces that are less then the target that is designed simply to disrupt the larger target.

Any Inf unit below 5X or Cav unit below 3X cannot take offensive action - unless grouped with a force that would double their strength, or if attacking a smaller force. And single units alone in a hex that are reduced to those sizes can be attacked prior to the embedded melee phase the same as skirmishers. They can defend locations as normal. This stops rediculess gamey situations where a unit is no longer combat effective but is used as if it is.
