Looking for someone who won't mind playing with a relative newcomer and isn't seeking to eviscerate me by the second (or third) turn. I have experience with ACW but am learning the ropes with Napoleonic Wars. I have Leipzig, Waterloo, Wagram and Napn Russian Campaign. Would like to start with a medium/small campaign. Though I hail from the Moscow Militia (and believe I am still the only one with that honor) either side is fine. Default OR is fine too but am open to any suggestions (such as push skirmishers). Can do 3-5 turns per week depending on work, game size etc.

I started my distinguished career in the Opolchenie too! There's a marshal's baton in every rucksack Wellington once said before being copied by the French.

If you cannot find a Frenchman I can play a short Maneuver with you. It will make a change from longbows.

Thank you, sir, for your generous offer and I salute your roots in the opolchenie. Would Leipzig M15-043 Hagelberg ("Where are the Cossacks") be appropriate? That way, we can leave the stringed weapons at home. If so, please send a PM courier and/or email.
Do vstrechi,
