Due to Ike the headquaters of General de Brig Marbot will be down a few days although Galveston is gone his will to continue is not his headquaters will be up by week end in the big D (Dallas) Mesi for all prayers and Vive ' France!

Nay my Russian comrad was there tell the NG made me leave all is lost but like 1813 I shall rebuild Vie L'Emperor (horrable time )!
