Napoleonic Wargame Club (NWC)

In the first scenario of a Waterloo campaign game, my opponent has chosen to remove units from the map (no exit hexes).

Would anyone know if those units now 'gone' forever, or would they become available in future campaign scenarios ?

Cannot blame him, our campaign choices have left him with the Netherlanders Cavalry against 2 divisions of French infantry and 3 Divisions of Cavalry.

If they appear in later scenarios, they will be there. It doesn't matter whether they are removed via an exit objective or elsewhere.
