Ok - for those of you that go to play some of the situations from Austerlitz (not the large battle scenarios) you may find that the Allies are marked at the First Player in the victory screen, yet the French moved first. Thus the Allies are fighting a losing battle.
This is because the PDT file controls the First Player while the Scenario file says who STARTS the scenario.
Example: PDT file says that the Allies are First Player. Scenario files say French move first. What you get is the French moving first in the second half of Turn 1. Then when the Allies move it will be the first part of Turn 2. Then the French move in the last half of Turn 2 and eventually by the end of the game they will have had an extra move on the Allies.
To remedy this I have put out a small update which includes the scenarios affected and a new PDT file that will allow you to play the scenarios with the correct First Player.
Here is the link to the file. All files go in the main game directory. Overwrite as needed.

Some of you dont like to play with any files other than what is released from our site. In this case avoid the following scenarios until it comes out:
#15H or #15A (any)
#16H (any)
#17H (any)
#18H (any)
#19H (any
#20H (any)
If you want to play these use the files from my server. Otherwise you will need to mentally calculate the outcome based on the French perspective.
The PDT file in the zip is new and is not used for any existing scenario that came with the game. The scenario files would replace the ones that came with the game. Otherwise they are the same.
