Gentlemen

Every time I introduce these lovely mods to my games I get an error something like "Failure to create bitmap suffix map2dsymbolslg.bmp" the game then tries to load but then locks up[:I]
What is my mistake[?]

Hi Jim,

What are using to extract the files? Take a look at the map2dsymbolslg.bmp file and make sure it is extracting with a .bmp extension. Just curious are you using WINRAR or something similar? I have heard of issues with RAT\R extractors not extracting extensions properly with zipped files. Tyr using winzip to extract or copying the file out of the extractor and right into the map directory manually.

Just using WinZip but a direct extraction seems to have sorted the problem.
