Napoleonic Wargame Club (NWC)

Can any answer these questions for me please:

What sites can I download these from?
Are they not compatible with anything other than the 32 bit versions?
Is it my 64 bit system that makes the ones I have downloaded get bizarre graphics colouring and scrambling of the hexes?

I really want to play these but cannot seem to get them to load and play well at all. I did have the Eylau running fine on my old pc but not now with xp or windows 7?
