It gives me great honor and privelege to announce the promotion of Major General Jon Graswich to the rank of Lieutenant General in the Anglo-Allied Army.

After Jon's obligatory purchase of the first round it is my understanding that junior officers will buying for the remainder of the evening.

I believe I see Marechal Bardon's booted feet sticking out from under yon table. Would one of you French officers be so kind as to pull him out and get him upright so that we may pour a congratulatory drink down his gullet. :D
