Gentlemen Officers of All Armies:

Please join me in a toast to four Anglo-Allied officers who have earned promotions in rank for their active participation in our fine army and club.

Major General Jon Graswich – II Corps, Cavalry Division – Promoted to Lieutenant General

Lt. Peter Ewer – II Corps, 2nd Infantry Division, 1st KGL Brigade, 2nd KGL Line Battalion KGL – Promoted to Captain

2nd Lt. Zafer Edjer – Brunswick Brigade, Death’s Head Hussars – Promoted to Lieutenant

Ensign Scott “The Rat” Clawson – Hanover Brigade, Field Battalion Verden – Promoted to 2nd Lieutenant

Please offer your congratulations to these fine officers in recognition of their individual achievements.

The Rat’s drinks are, of course, on me! :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :mrgreen:

Ooopps, my bad! I just realized that Lt. General Graswich is my boss, along with Lt. Generaal Bijl. :oops: :oops: :oops:

Sorry about that sir, your drinks are of course on my tab as well. :P :P :P

[I am definitely going to have to take to the field of combat again to replinish my depleted purse now.]

Well Helga bring me a mug or two of Sir Muddy's ale so I can be refreshed while I watch these fine gentlemen celebrate their new rank. Congratulations Gentlemen! Now let me tell you about the time back when I was just a mere 2nd Lt. and I found myself alone in a tavern with nothing but a spoon and a salad fork when these 10 French Volteguiers walked in............
