Never mind the salad fork and the musket...that fellow looks like he is leaning on an Enfield. Although things are a little fuzzy it does look like a #4 mark 1. In this era armed like that I expect that they will be eating anything they bloody well want. :o

My Lord Jones,

You are seeing the light, the lunch being served will elevate the palette and actually imbue the Scottish lads to hold the pinky up when they are consuming their grog and to recognize how to actually hold cutlery rather then wave it around with wild whirlybird fashion.

then a crumpet and a nice Early Grey, on some fine Devonshire China
