Major Tom Phillips and Captain Mike Peccolo - Mentioned in the Army's Dispatches for their heroic efforts leading to the ultimate demise of the Emperor of France (i.e Killing him in their MP Game)

Please offer your congratulations to these fine officers in recognition of their individual achievements.

Gentlemen officers,

May I be one of the first to congratulate these fine men, who having proved their valor upon the battle maps, have so deservedly been acknowledged.

I have met many of them in battle myself, and know full well the mettle of their skills.

And although I would not often say this, it appears from the recent dispatches cited by the good Brigadier, that if ever the Shrike has had reason to grace us with one of his... verses... now would be that time.
