Be it known that
His Imperial and Royal Majesty Napoleon I,
By the Grace of God and the Constitutions of the Republic,
Emperor of the French,
King of Italy and Protector of the Confederation of the Rhine
approves the following Promotion.

V Corps d'Armee, LaGrande Armee

Lieutenant Colonel Olivier Bianchi is hereby promoted to Colonel with all the accompanying privileges and responsibilities.

FM Blackburn, I agree with M. Purcell. You will have to charge your drinks to another tab. Might I suggest a newly minted ensign or perhaps a wayward Hanoverian?
