Der Shrike, salute!

I must compliment you on your enterprising and capitalist train of thought. 8)
Yes, a shop selling the latest articles of toiletry (bottles of French perfume and embroidered handkerchief's) is an excellent idea.
Might I special order some of your silk 'kerchiefs, embroidered with the hallowed names of Marengo, Austerlitz, and Jena? :D

The widespread use of perfume historically came about because of the novel new form of warfare instituted by L'Empereur, where by his fantassins would rapidly march from one location to another, often leaving their opponents dazed and confused, unsure of where the La Grande Armee would be striking next (usually cutting the lines of communications upon which the Allied forces relied in order to more quickly retreat back to the supposed safety of their original assembly areas).

Be it noted however, that during a withdrawal under such stressful duress, the use among Allied officers of... ahem... toiletry for wiping their... was also known to be commonplace.

Regards,

My dear Leutnant Demichellis, I know General Kling to be a most considerate individual. His recent post is not intended as French propaganda as you may suppose. What he has provided is a very concise shopping list for some of the finest swords in all of Europe. You need only to choose which particular weapon would look best hanging on the wall above the mantle in your headquarters. :o

So many choices it would seem, and so little time. :P

And Der Wurger's idea that all Frenchmen be equipped with white handkerchiefs to facilitate their inevitable surrender in most excellent, regardless of what General Schmidgall embroiders upon them.

Al,

Would it be possible to add Lützen Bautzen in the form... it would be useful for me... and also for the recruits who own this game only

Dave , I do think your supply of artwork is a treasure onto itself - is there ever a situation in which you do not have a compromising picture?  :?: :?:

Roy,
The Prussian General Staff dossier on the French is very thick, so to answer your question, no
