"Accoutability now is it", asks the Anglo-Allied Chief of Staff as he raises both his brow and a fine, crystal shot glass in the direction of his French counterpart. "I like it. Please count my fine, Hanoverian warriors as being present for your most recent talley".
"Begging your pardon, Herr Jager", replied La Grande Armee"s Chef d'Etat-Major, "but this muster is only for French officers. It is not our intention to keep count of our enemies."
"Hmmmm, yes, I can see where that might be a difficult task. France does have so many enemies", mused the Hanoverian Commander, "most all of the civilized countries in the world now, it seems. That being the case, you might want to jot a brief note in the margin that Hanoverians were spotted on the field today." The Hanoverian General raises his shot glass once more, and pauses before taking another sip, "Your Corsican master can consider it a warning."
My compliments to LGA Command on the establishment of a more reasonable rewards system offering incentives to truly active officers, as opposed to the lavish awards that have been doled out to inactve officers in the past. I trust that this new system will be fairly, and conscientiously, applied to reward the officers that actively participate in our club for the benefit of all.
I would further say that I am rather proud of them for sharing this information pertaining to the inner workings of their magnificent army with all of the members of our club. This speaks to a transparency of operation that I personally support and encourage. We are all brother gamers enjoying our hobby in the same gaming club. The different uniforms we wear provide the color, but underneath we are all the same. I have seen that forgotten too often here in the past here.
A great job by John and Al, the best pair of leaders that LGA has ever had in my time here. Thanks, fellows.
