Hi Jeff,
Yea it has been quiet. Quite refreshing actually.

I'd like to hear more specifics from the candidates on what they would do to move the club forward and hopefully spur some discussion as it has been too quiet.
What is your vision for the future of the club?
What do you see as the most pressing issue facing the club, and how would you approach it?
What would be the first action you would take if elected and why?
To answer your questions.
1- My vision for the club is to keep doing what we are doing right. I understand there needs to be updates and changes to keep current. New games can change the way we do things however my original vision for these clubs, from 1997, still stands. A club were like minded people can get together and enjoy the games we all love. That includes everyone regardless whether they play the games straight or use any other house rules. This club should be inclusive not exclusive. All types of players should be welcomed.
2 - I think the most pressing issue in the need to improve on recruitment. I think there is improvement to be done. Getting the word out about our great club and improve retention. Are we doing anything wrong in regards to initial contact and training?
3 - My first action would be to ask the Cabinet where we stand with all the changes and processes that are ongoing. Review them and see get feedback as to how we should move forward. Feedback from the Cabinet, Commanders and general membership. I would need to know were we are before knowing were to go.
Recently I offered a free JTS game to the Cabinet for a contest etc. I suggested some kind of contest to bring in more members. I would pursue that.
Thanks you Jeff for the questions.
