There are rules, I believe, that fit these situations. Usually, abandoned games are considered MAJOR Victories for the opponent.

For those that have left and do not wish to continue: yes a claim is valid for the major victory in the club, at the discretion of the claimant, providing you played more than 10 game turns with the opponent.

For those in the process of leaving then it is business as usual. So David is right, no easy victory there.
Cliff just to be clear, i'm completing all of my existing games in the spirit they should be played - no automatic major victories from me i'm afraid ;)

Or to put it another way, I may have handed in my resignation but i'm still working my notice - all ongoing games will be completed, no new games started or any recriminations from me.
Well done, David.

Please let the club know when your resignation is effective or if you decide to rescind it after WHIPPING Cliff. :frenchvive1:

Don't want to "count beans" but I want to make sure it's OK as this case is a bit special.

I was checking my stuff at the DOR and saw that the game I had started with Omar Quatar is still active, now we had ended that game on the 27th April with a Major victory for him, that was some days after I was locked out but before Al assigned me to the Hôtel des Invalides and set my status to Inactive what was done on 11th May.

So I assume that even if a hearing was conducted what I doubt as I never ever heard from the Cabinet, I was surely not out by the time the game ended and so I reported it now, that's the least I can do as I don't see why I should deny Omar the victory that he earned.
I hope that is OK for everyone.

What is the game id in question Christian?

As one of the moderators in the Dor, i can bypass any confirmations should the need arise

From my perspective everything is fine, I just wanted to know if it's really OK to report that old game.
But I see in the DOR that Omar has confirmed it and that it was signed off by a moderator so I assume everything went according to the rules.
