Alright - lets step back a bit.
This thread is about election results. It doesnt declare a winner.
The question was put to Jim - he seemed to agree in an earlier thread that 51 percent was needed to avoid strategic voting.
The point was never discussed after that.
What is the Cabinet's decision on this?
The last thing I want is contraversy over the election.
Can we hear from Jim or one of the Cabinet members on what the official ruling is.
A runoff or are the results final?
