As far as I'm concerned you can post your comments anywhere you like and discuss with anyone you wish! However, if you want an official response you need to email the company who publishes the game, regardless who that company is. The only issue at stake there is your expectation of an official response.

With that said, I will provide a further answer to what I sent Pieter in his inquiry to the HPS Support account. I will clarify it with this - your tone set the stage for my response - its excessively aggressive and quite honestly I'm not inclined to have a discourse with someone who wants to beat me over the head. I am only responding here because I was specifically asked to by the club pres.

There was 6 quad's needed for this map & that bottom left hand corner was in fact missing, so I looked at some other stuff and sketched the details in - because no historical fighting took place there. If there was battles I would have run it down further - most designers simply would have left it blank (black unusable space), but I wanted to include it (even if it was highly hypothetical) so that players had more map space to work with. Since no map editor is included I like to give players all I can...much of this game map didn't even need to be made in order to cover the historical context of the campaign.

I have kept your comments and if I am ever able to go in and redo the map with the doubled elevations now available & expand it like I want to do, I will address your issues - but I am not committing to that as I have no idea when it will happen. Feeding my family takes precedence. This game has been out 6+ years, so expecting me to devote a huge amount of effort to rework something that by all rights I could have left out completely is not a realistic expectation.

Rich while you are doing that fix I would like all British troops lowered to E morale and all French increased to A+. As you a Marechal of the glorious empire of France it seems sensible to fix this obvious glaring error at the same time.

I am so sure not Pieter. I have the great priviledge to know GdB Knox and I fear that he may indeed be serious.

Actually, when playing against Colin, making all of his troops Morale Grade E could simply be construed as play balancing.
