Hey, Scott, I think I got far enough into the system to see how it worked in detail without ever having to register the game, but thank you for your offer.

Tony, did what I suggested work for you? Were you able to register your game as intended?

nope still no dice. after following those steps the only apply button i can see is next to the scenario but when i click it it says failed to update, is there meant to be another apply button?

im using internet explorer as my browser, does everyone else use that as well?

Not everyone uses Internet Explorer, but I am using IE 7.

Post the data in this forum and I will see if can set up your game for you. I have never tried to set up someone else's game for them, but it might work. Alternately, you could get your opponent to set up the game for both of you.

before i go down that route one last try. what browsers are people successfully using to record battle results?

ok what data do i need to post for someone else to log it, just the result or my log in details as well? logging and recording my battles was a big reason why i joined this site so its disappointin that it wont work for me.

Tony, I am sorry that you have had so much trouble entering your first game in our DoR System. Don't get discouraged, we will figure out how to fix this problem for you. If we could sit down side by side, I am sure we could resolve this problem in a very short time. It does make it much more difficult to do from a distance, but should not be impossible. In the meantime, I will be glad to register your first game for you if you can send me the following information:

Name of Both Opponents and Which Side They Played;
The HPS Game Title;
The HPS Scenario Title;
The Total Number of Turns Played;
The Name of the Winning Officer;
The Level of Victory Achieved.

I think that is all I will need, but if I have overlooked anything I will ask.
