Image0600 Nothing was reported at the top of the hour just a lot of movement.
Image0615 ObeastLt Lutzow was able to remove his depleted Brig from the claws of the French Infantry and the Image300 Heavy French Cuirassiers approaching his position from the NW at the La Fonteny.ImageHis report stated that there was at lest 5000 French moving towards Fonteny maybe six or eight cannons.

ImageOberstLt Marc Bummer Horse Artillery was ordered by General Major Jurgass to move his cannons forward in support of the 14th Fus regt. His reported stated that there were at lest 2000 French Imageapproaching his guns. I looked at Image ole Marshal Forward, and there wasn’t a worried look on his face, he looked my way. “You there yaw you, Haitian come at the double”! I said Oui Monsieur!” Look take a run south and see what bony is up to sending all his forces south” he said.

ImageFus Paul Binner detailed pushed a French Vol company of the 4th line out of the Bois dit Tassemere.
ImageOberstLt Fritz, of the 5th Uloaned who regt was position near the Prussian grand Battery watch as the French retreated backward. He reported that the French in front of the battery were about 1000 Infantry south of Le Denier Patard.Image

Image0630 The French attacked the Prussian infantry line set in front of the Prussian Grand batteries, killing many of the 2nd and 3rd French Cuirassiers. ImageCol Grandjean commanded the 2nd which where hit in the flank by Image600 Prussian Neumark Dragoners supported by 400 1st Ulanen. Running the 3rd Cuirassiers off who were under command of Col Lacroix.

ImageAbout 800 French Line Infantry engaged the Prussian line a fire fight ensued.
Image OberstLt Marc Bummer Horse Artillery which were ordered by General Major Jurgass to move his cannons forward in support of the 14th Fus regt. His cannons fired on the 1st e de Carabiniers and their Artillery support..
Image Oberst Hans Utar of the 14 fus position his companies in front of a stream that ran east and west south of the hamlet Chenemont.

ImageOberst Panzer of the 6th Husaren was put in the Res Div.
ImageFus Paul Binner company is moving towards the de La Falise at this half hour.
Image0645 Maj Sack of the IR22 was the first to attack the attacking French Infantry of the VI Corps. In that attacking French column were two battalions of the 75regt and General de Penne
Brig plus one Skirmisher Company of the 65eme of ligne. They were next charged byImage two Prussian Kavalerie Sq, then surround by two more Kavalerie Sq. After the French Battalions were fired on and reduced their numbers.

ImageMeanwhile on the same front Oberst Thumen of the 1st Kavalerie Brig charged the helpless lone French Cuirassiers regt that had nerve to attack our grand battery. ImageThe 2nd Cuirassiers under Col Grandjean who was in our vice that was slowly closing in on them!
Image0700 Major Sack of the IR22 pursues one of the French best Cavalerie Regt no lest then the ImageEmperor’s own the Dragoon de Imperatrice and opens up a murderous fire on them. Major Fabian Rothstein of the Prussian Dragoner’s went after the other Regt de Imperatrice along with three Sq of Kavalerie. Major Fabian Rothstein own horse Artillery unlimbered to take aim at the French Guard Cheval.

ImageWith Prussian General Major Sydow killed by cannon fire on the right General Major Jurgass is now the Kavalerie Commander on the left. Not before the Prussian killed the ImageFrench Imperial Guard Dragoon commander Killed and captured the 2nd eme Cuirassiers commander Col GranJean and put more casualties on the Image2nd Cuirassiers.
ImageOberstLt Watzdorft is the Kavalerie commander in that sector.

ImageFus Paul Binner company of the IR 31 have pushed a company of skirmishers of the 4th eme ligne across the de La Falise.
Image0715 Major Sack’s Batt of the IR22 contuses to fire on the French Imperial Guard Dragoon, while 3 Sq of Kavalerie attacks them. Two companies of IR22 skimmers are firing on a French Artillery company with Infantry support about six guns and 400 Infantry.

Image731 Three squadrons of the 1st Ulanen added by the 3rd Dragoner took out 8French guns and displaced a French Batt of the line and attack and displace the pride of the French cavalerie the Big Boots the Cheval Grenadier dieux 300 of them.
Image732 Major Reuss of the IR 26th Elbe displaced the French 10th eme ligne 2 batt of them under Col Roussel.

Image733 General Major Treskow II of the 1st Kavallerie Brig beat a hasty retreat from the advancing French Cuirassiers of the IV Cavalerie Corps1400 of those armored knights.
Image734 Meanwhile at Maransart the French 1st e Chasseurs has pushed the 3rd Neumark Lw Skirmishers out of in front of the main road leading into the town.
Image735 The 2nd Neumark regt has pushed the 44th eme of line into the Bois de Hubermont 2Batt of them from the IV Corps with General de Brig Toussaint with them. Maj Braunschweig led them.
