I am the Prussians in the Waterloo scenario for MOE and one of my battalions has 5 men. Is this correct?

Gentlemen of the Allied side,

I have spoken to Sir Muddy and the 5 man battalion is an error and should not be in the game. Send them to the rear with the suasage wagon!
