<b>The New Blue is Black!!

New Officers Both Recruits and Returning</b>

For all ages of these lands stand the prominent one of them all. I speak of Prussia. The Prussian Armee is one of the best chances to make something of yourself in this club or a cool place to relax and disappear from the masses and have some fun if that is your style. We are a low key force that tries to have fun and encourage good gamesmanship and positive additude. We don't require you to be constantly playing games. We don't pester you every month with musters. We don't wipe your existence in the Armee and club away. Our pages kept up to date and offer more than just a gaming HQ with research and historical links too. We offer one of the best medals and promotions system. Not unweildy rank points nor medals based solely on victories. Our medals are exstensive and easy to get, but also a fun challenge. We also have plenty of openings and room for growth.

Listen to these words:

<i>"To advance was impossible, to stay where we were meant certain death, and with our goal so near everyone preferred death to retreat. Our difficulty and danger were growing all the time. Eventually Gaseback [Friccius' adjutant] found a weak place in the wall, to the right between the gate posts and the poor-house. I grabbed the rifle of the nearest Landwehr soldier and battered in the thin wall with the butt. It soon collapsed, because several of the men gave us vigorous help. As soon as the opening was large enough, I jumped through the breach and shouted to my troops, 'You won't abandon me, will you??'

On hearing my call, Captain Motherby leaped to the front and holding up his sword called out, 'Comrades, follow me'!!"</i>

Thus was the brave words men of the 3rd Landwehr Regiment!! All up and down the lines our great GFM was heard to have said: Vorwärts meine Kinder!! That day, that famous day at Liepzig!! General Vorwärts carried his undying quest of Honor and Glory to crush the little corporal!! General Vorwärts would carry the day time and time again!! Fearing nothing and no man!! Death Looked him in the face and he Laughed!!

<b>Vorwärts Meine Kinder!! Vorwärts!!</b>

So if you want a nice little place to have some fun, relax, play games check us out.

Who knows maybe you will be the next Blucher, the <b>only</b> man who was never afraid of old Boney!!

You know what they say. Once you go black you never got back!!

Besides we played a major part in 2 of Napoleon's 3 defeats!! Like today!! [:D]

Monsieur’s it seems to me to be pointless trying to get the better on each other for it is true that the old Prussian army was beaten badly in 1806 and the only brave man that Prussia had was its Queen. But it is also true that the new Prussian /German Armée did damage to the Emperor later. Let say that this is a battle between two ideas one was empire and the other nationalism! Both are losers in this for no country can say that there ideals last. Both led to the two great world wars and countless death. The dead head of the Prussians is what they truly are.

Yes, I have asked myself this question many times: Why join Prussia?

Their mouthpiece, a mad king from Bavaria.

Their men march around like martinets with sergeants that beat them with canes.

Their food always tastes like hot dogs. Now hot dogs are fine for the horse races but after awhile ... well they get old!

And their generals - old men that have seen better days.

Now France!!! Ah France. Wonderful France with its lovely chateaus and fountains and beautiful countryside. Officers that treat you with respect. And the gracious lifestyle. Food offered to you from different homes all of the time. Northern Italy, Bavaria, Poland.

Why get beat up for Prussia when you can rule and reign like a small prince?

Monsieur’s I have given the idea much though and that in this club the only way to prove who the better is, is to field a multi -national army of club members to see who indeed has the bragging rights ! An that would put an end to this silly thing! I call on the French Command to Field an Armee to tack on all comers

Yes I agree with Anton it's not silly to be silly. And silly remarks are not silly at all from my perspective.

Cliff we are just having some banter and fun. Part of the point of the tavern is to wind each other up. It does not have to end in a fight every time.

Helga more drinks...

Mon ami I’m just a old country garcon setting by the levee waiting for a gator to come by so that I would have something to do while I wait for the old song to play! Come on now let show some back bone. Give this poor country garcon a little bug juice and it goes to the gator side of moi.Oh say Scott were we stand in 1809?[:D][8D][}:)]
