All,

I've setup a poll on my private forums to gather feedback from people on what OS they are currently using (or plan to use soon), so please take a minute and vote. I have set it so you do not need to be registered on my forums to participate.

Please share this with all HPS gamers you know too...

Thanks,
Rich

Hi Rich I have voted.
Just thought I might mention I have Vista and the games are running smoothly on it. Indeed the patches from HPS and MS generally seem to have made Vista nicer place [:D]

Yes, I mentioned to Rich that next time add in the various versions of the Windows OS.

For instance the games work well with XP 64. Have yet to hear if they work with Vista 64. I dont have Vista 64, dont plan on getting it but its always nice for customers who have yet to buy the games to find out that its supported.

I recently found out that Adobe Photoshop CS4 was made for XP32, Vista 32 and 64 but not for XP 64. Somehow I got my copy to work on my PC but it was on the older system I have. I eventually had to return the software as I never could get it to load right on the new system. Was a real mess and terribly time consuming as well.

Good to see that Mac users can play our games. Know that there are always diehard Mac users online. Hope that we see more Mac users buying the games!

There's been no difference in the 32 & 64 bit OS's so I didn't specify...as long as you avoid the \Program Files sub-directory under any version of Vista you will be fine.

I'd say we're a long way off from having a exclusive 64 bit version of any of our games.

I get occasional crashes running the games in Vista, usually after saving a PBEM game file. I don't recall getting this problem on my old XP machine, nor before that with Win98.
