<font color="orange">According to the results from last round, their were 7 victors that played the Austrian side and 7 victors that led a French army. Two of the Austrian victories were outright forfeits (the opponent failing to show up on the field) and one of the French victories was scored for the same reason. Also, a number of the games were only halfway complete when a victor had to be declared. Deadlines are deadlines. There are still two brackets that have not finished up.

I would say that based on the results, the scenario was fairly balanced.</font id="orange">
