Rich H . opened my game on his computer with the new patch.. So it maybe my computer ..

Going to reinstall the game and add the new patch .. then i will see.

Should have done this before i put this down here . So the patch should be ok. [:I]

And your file opened fine on my PC as well.

It might be that all of you Playtesters need to get rid of the older install and use the CD that John sent you.

I also opened up my game with John Sheffield and it opened up just fine.

I cannot find it in HPS. There are all except of the Austerlitz.

Just installed the patch, Austerlitz 101, and the game opens just fine but bugs as soon as the 1st gun fires. Started 2 scenarii and it bugged the same way. Am I the only one?

Philippe - first, once you choose to post a response you only need to hit the OK/Submit button once. The forums are dog slow these days.

I am having no problems with the game. Could you let me know which scenario you are trying to open and play? Have you tried others?

All of my current games and new games work just fine. Maybe its something technical with your system and the software.

Hi Bill,

I am having the same problem as Philippe. The game crashes when the AI fires. This occurred in all of the scenarios I have tested so far. I am running Win XP on this computer, and have a fresh install of the Austerlitz game.

Send your game files to the HPS Support email. Rich will forward them to John Tiller.

I am not having any issues with AI fire.

It might be something that John will note in the file or he may need a snapshot of your DirectX settings or system info text file.

Send all technical issues like this one to the HPS support email right away. If this had come up in the testing of the update we could have fixed it but nothing like this ever happened.

I'm getting the same problem with Auterlitz 101. Fresh install, add 101 and fire one shot and get reading error. Running XP, Where do I go from here?
