Guys - for some reason HPS didn't note that the 1.01a update is out on their News section. However, I looked at the update page and the 1.01a update is on their site.

You can get it at:

http://www.hpssims.com/Pages/updates/up ... Austerlitz

Several of the guys that had problems before checked this out so it didn't just get the old "Peters nod" before it went out. Rich look at it as well. My team reported no problems with it.

So feel free to wander up to their website and update your game.

There was one OB that was using the older format for the Austrian units (for example 1 Sq/Hussar #8) and I had just enough time to change the formatting to match the other OBs (which would be 1/Kienmeyer HR8). Other minor errors were corrected as well such as the incorrect number for the Austrian supply wagons that Vladmir had noted here earlier.

Enjoy!

Please note that the terrain values for Orchard and Chateau are in error (and have been since the game was released).

A customer has noted this to Rich H. and I will be updating the PDT files for a future update.

Chateau hexes are few and far between in the game but you will find them in Durenstein (castle above the town - where Richard the Lionhearted was held captive by the way) and Austerlitz (Sokolnitz castle).

My apologies for this. The orchard I may attribute to the fact that it was past the harvest time and they were barren. But in the update I plan on giving them a defensive bonus. Any input you have on this is helpful. Should it be the full value as in Spring or should it be diminished due to the lack of foliage?

However, as I told our group, a chateau, is a chateau, is a chateau! It will be corrected for the next update. And most of you know that a chateau cannot operate unless guarded by a High wall or Gate hexside.
