What is the difference between charge factor and charge modifier? What must the factor for a bridge be for cavalry, artillery and wagons be in order to cross.

For the second question the answer is:
50 for infantry including skirms
100 for cavalry
150 for arty and wagons.

I recall one is the number of hexes a cavalry unit can pursue after the initial melee (the charge multiple). The other (the factor) is the multiplier to strength applied to cavalry when charging to calculate the melee result vs non square infantry and arty. Was 5x but was adjusted to 3x but I suspect is back to 5x in HPS Austerlitz. That's what the pdt shows anyway.

Slight correction the charge multiple is not just number of hexes it's hexes and or melees.
