Napoleonic Wargame Club (NWC)

Did anyone get a message about this? What is this? Or is it junk mail?

I think it is PHONY and an attempt to STEAL info.

Bots can scan club sites like this, that allow unlimited access. SPAM and the registration scam email can easily be generated to STEER you to a false site.

Forums that screen each and every attempt to JOIN, have less of the SPAM problems.

In the CCC,for example, I get 2 to 10 SPAM type applications PER DAY! Only new trainees are allowed access.

I think it's genuine. The amail gives you your email and a password. The link sends you to the NWC website for games registration but the actual registration isn't working yet.

I never got my email and have sent something to Dominik about it. I check my SPAM captured email quite a bit and dont remember seeing this email.

I'm recently rejoining the NWC, and am afraid the e-mails may have gone out just before I rejoined. What's the best way to follow up and get myself set, as I have 2 ongoing games and will be happy to record them with the new system? Thanks to all!
