How do you get most of your club games:

1. Through the Challenge forum.

2. With friends I play with all of the time.

3. By unsolicited emails to members in the club.

4. Other (list what it is)

should that be how do you get the most out of your games? Well I do by playing the same people. Often times I get beat but I enjoy the people I play!

I have been most successful with #2 and #3. My first posting to #1 was fairly disappointing. I would have to say that #2 ranks at the top of my list to date.

#2 about 70% of the time. I do use the forum and have had consistent luck there over the years. I tend to play someone consistently for a few years and then they phase out and someon enew phases in....

I have a well established pool of froggies I play reguarly. The pool was developed over a long period of time. Initially I used the forum quite a bit but now rarely. I like to play with some historical house rules and will only play opponents of like mind. Of course if I enter a tourney all bets are off.[:D]

Really?? I like to play new Ensigns and improve my win-loss percentage. I use my superior generalship to beat up on them. The very fact that I am a General makes them quiver with fear and trepidation.

So, if you need a game, let's try something out. I have all the games. So, you can fire anything up, any game, any scenario, any options (ADF is a must) and send to waryor [at] gmail{dot} com.

BTW my superior win-loss record is something like 3 wins and 30 losses.[;)][;)]

One thing that I would say is that the Corps commanders and army commanders should do more to see that all ranks below them are playing someone. These musters are just not what I call ad duties to be consider a Commander. Hands on is what a Commander does! Lead from the Front![8D][:D]# 1 needs this.

Cliff raises a good point. What I would do if you have a problem getting a game is contact your Division CO first. Then if they do not respond have the Corps command relieve them on the spot! [:p]

Ok - you get my drift. Email them if you want some help.

Ok that sounds bon, but I would say that with so few Div commanders the Corps commander would be overwhelm with too much on their plate. that is the Brig commanders job to see that his Brig is playing at lest one game, esp the Jr officers. The club would be healthier with shared duties.

The best way to get a Frenchie to accept a challenge is to: (1) insult them and their Emperor, (2) insult their heritage, or (3) insult their mothers. [:D]

Despite I insulted many time the mother of Sir Muddy (mine is dead so he can't say anything about her). Despite, I consider that Sir Muddy is stupid because he fights for english army. Despite I think that the British heritage in the world is awful, Sir Muddy never play against me. May be it's because we share the same sense of humour.

For your question, I will say : 2 and many times by exhange in this forum.

Best regards

Prince et comte de Davout
