Having made the correct choice and gone with us, the good guys, the one's with the truly dashing uniforms, a meritocracy where there's a baton in every knapsack rather than with them, with their purchased commisions and reactionary nobles, so afeared of liberte, egalite et fraternite that they band together to vainly attempt to block its advance, the hard part is done.

Three fine French officers in so many days. I must say that I am glad to see that you Frenchmen are finally replenishing your ever depleted ranks. This war would be very boring indeed were we to completely attrition ourselves of adversaries.

Welcome to the club, Sous Lt. Olmo! It is good to have you with us, although technically, in my case at least, that would be decidedly against us. Now, if you would be so kind as to buy me a drink, I will try to convince my young, Hanoverian wolves to spare you for a bit. At least until you make a full Lieutenant that is.

Hello gentlemen,

First of all I wanted to say thank you for the warm welcome, I am very happy to join this renowned Napoleonic Club. I was a member of iNWC, which as no doubt you will know is closing its doors unfortunately. I am currently fighting the Jena and Auerstaedt scenarios with my dear friend Massena, which has also entered in this club recently, and we will soon begin the great folly of Scharnhorst's Campaign Plan, which will probably take us more than a life to complete ( if we succeed ).

Without going further, I want to drink with you all, the round's on me!

The good part of being in the French army (had to think hard on this one) is that you get to play US!!! If you could see how dull it is to play the French players .... oooo la la .... they put you to sleep! Oh look, another cavalry charge into the wolf pits in front of the Great Redoubt. When will Herr Knox ever learn!

Well, I do suppose it is easy to confuse the adjectives, especially considering that both words begin with the letter "w".

My dearest Ensign Olmo, the adjective that you were actually seeking was "winning" and, in that case, there is certainly no reason for you to be sorry about Oberst Peters disposition.

My apologies for the misunderstanding, I thought it was a mistake. I can not understand why someone would ever enlist in an army that was not La Grande Armée. Divine mysteries !
