Napoleonic Wargame Club (NWC)

A huge thanks to Dominik for our magnificnet DoR System! This is a very vital function of the club and is critical to our long term success.

You have to be careful in the way you read the statistics provided, but the relative performance of our various armies over the past year is as follows:

Congratulations to the fine Russian Army for winning nearly eight of ten battles in which it was engaged! Most impressive!!

I guess I am still new to the club and learning, but I was not even aware that we had a separate Dutch Army. Also, if I am reading the information correctly, it appears that we only added nine officers to the club (i.e. training graduates) in the past year. This number seems far too low to me and I find myself wondering how many officers we lost in this same time period. Something is not right here.

The low trainig may be the result of officers induced from the INWC who choose to skip training. Also returned officers may alter the way teh stas show

Also should be noted that these are not complete Stats either, they are since DoR was launched. Some armies, such as Prussia, still maintain seperate stats on our page that mirror what is in DoR, but have a complete historical profile of the army....

Still really cool reports though to see the stats. I had feared Prussia was the smallest army in the Club with all our losses this year, but glad we are not...for now...

I got a kick out of the fact that the SOLO version of my big Jena scenario was the most played since the DoR was started.

Lots of folks playing with themselves in this club!

Come on guys! Find an opponent!

Ok - serious now. It was no surprise that Waterloo was top game as it remains the most popular of the campaigns historically (pun). I was glad to see Austerlitz being played a lot. Makes me happy to see our newer titles heading the pack.

Now if only I can get some artwork from Joe and Mark ... (gets out dental instruments ...)
