It would depend on the website. If you mean the Anglo-Allied website, they draw lots, the guy with the longer lot updates his that week. The next week the other guy does his if the Royal Navy staff is showing a red flag. If it is a white flag then they change the information back to what it used to be.
For the Prussian army website: if the hunting lodge party was good then it gets updated the next morning. If the party went south (too many Russian guests) then the website lags.
For the Austrians: if the weiner wagon was late getting to camp the night before then the site waits on the wagon.
For the Russians: if the Tsar had a good time at the party the night before and got to dance with a bear then the site is updated right away. If not then the website coordinator is sent to Siberia and the site is not updated for some time.
For the French: If the cuisine is good for the French officer's mess then the website is updated right after dinner. If not then the chef is sent to Russia, the website is left to whither and the army has to go on campaign.
