Just started a Campaign in Moravia scn #24A and noticed all the four levels of victory are set at zero

I correct that for the next update. Here are values to use:

Major Defeat: -3000
Minor Defeat: -1000
Minor Victory: 1000
Major Victory: 3000

First player is Allied side.

These values are from the campaign situations. So much depends on how the players use their forces. The French are outnumbered but hold the VP locations so the Allies must attack in order to win. Or both sides can just sit and accept a Draw.

For the French to attack - they must be careful that they do not put their heads in a noose. Jeka dismantled our French army in a MP game of this one.

For a better experience play the Moravian Campaign. You get to choose your strategy and it gives more Fog of War to the situation. The victory levels are present for this scenarios.

You can start it as a Campaign game but then just convert it to a encrypted file via the File menu - Save As feature.
